Sabrina Guzy

Sabrina Guzy is a highly experienced professional in immigration services and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Immigration Services and Founding Member at inSpring since November 2022, where responsibilities include creating a comprehensive career and visa advising experience for candidates. In April 2024, Sabrina transitioned to the role of Director of Immigration and Recruitment at Oasis Collective, a nonprofit focused on empowering women in the tech industry. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen and as the International Student Coordinator and Designated School Official at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, where oversight of complex immigration statuses for approximately 4,500 international students was a key responsibility. Earlier career roles include Communications & Marketing Director at Epic Surf School. Sabrina holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Gettysburg College.
