Harold Russell

Harold W. Russell has extensive experience in leadership roles, serving as Chief Operating Officer at both INSPYR Solutions and ettain group. At ettain group, Harold held additional titles including Partner, EVP of Operations, and Partner, VP of Operational Excellence. Previously, Harold was a Program Manager at TILL, Inc. and served as Director of Group Home at CHCS. Harold W. Russell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine between 1993 and 1997.
