Ari Nissinen

Ari Nissinen is an experienced professional in UAS services with a strong background in business development and system specialization. Currently serving as Team Lead and Development Manager at Insta since January 2016, Ari oversees UAS services and is responsible for business development in RPAS, including training, consulting, and operations. Prior roles include Product Manager for Insta Innovation Oy, focusing on training services and UAV/RPAS simulation, and a System Specialist/Product Manager at Insta DefSec Oy, emphasizing UAS/RPAS training systems and simulator development. Earlier career experiences include Project Manager at Arcus Software Oy, where Ari contributed to the development of the Virtual Helsinki 3D-modelling process. Ari holds a Doctor of Science degree in Control Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Master of Science degree in Software and Control Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
