Yrjö Kinnunen

Yrjö Kinnunen has extensive work experience in various technology companies. Yrjö started their career at Cimcorp Oy as a Software Designer from 1983 to 1988, followed by a role as a Software Designer at Instrumentointi Oy from 1988 to 2000. Yrjö then joined SecGo Group Oy as a Network Security Specialist from 2000 to 2004. After that, they worked at Insta DefSec Oy as a Senior Network Security Specialist from 2004 to 2010, followed by a role as Service Manager from 2010 to 2016. Currently, Yrjö serves as the Director of Cyber Security Awarenesss at Insta DefSec Oy since 2017.

Yrjö Kinnunen attended the Raahe Institute of Computer Engineering from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology. It is unclear what specific field of study they focused on during their time at the institute. In addition to their degree, Yrjö also obtained the certification of CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional from the Information Systems Certification Consortium, Inc., (ISC)2 in January 2008.
