Aimé Louise Stokes

Aimé Louise Stokes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and innovation. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Customer Success at Instabase since January 2021, Aimé leads a team of enterprise customer success managers and develops strategies for the success of strategic enterprise customers in financial services and insurance. Prior to this role, Aimé was a Senior Innovation Manager and Innovation Manager at NatWest Group from November 2017 to January 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at Boost OB and a Recruitment Consultant at Oliver Parks. Aimé is also a member of Women of Customer Success since October 2024. Aimé received a Master of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Philosophy from Durham University.
