Constantinos Samartzis has a wide range of work experience. Constantinos began their career in 2012 as a Small Business Advisor at Marathon Press. In 2013, they became an Equities Trader Trainee at Eurobank. From 2015 to 2016, they held the role of Financial Analyst at TOMS and Financial Services Associate at Yatzer. Constantinos then moved on to become Head of Controlling at efood, where they were responsible for setting up all controlling and accounting principles and processes. In 2018, they became Director of the Balkans at Delivery Hero, where they led change management and was responsible for a 7-digit budget. Finally, in 2020, they became Senior Logistics Director at efood, where they increased the footprint from 5 to 20 cities in Greece and expanded the workforce ten-fold. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at instacar.
Constantinos Samartzis obtained a Bachelor's degree in International & European Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business between 2012 and 2015. Constantinos also obtained a Certification in Financial Markets from Yale University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed undergraduate studies in Marketing & Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business between 2010 and 2012. Constantinos also attended the Hellenic American Educational Foundation Athens College - Psychico College between 1998 and 2010. In addition, they obtained a Financial Markets Certificate from Coursera Verified Certificates in April 2014.
