Caroline Desrosiers

Caroline DesRosiers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, project management, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Strategic Partner Manager at Instacart since May 2023, Caroline also co-founded and leads Troop Beverage Co. as CEO, providing innovative canned cocktails to elevate the ready-to-drink market. Prior roles include Business Advisor and Senior Consultant at Ignyte Group, where Caroline managed multiple projects and client engagements, and Senior Consultant at IBM, focusing on process transformation for large-scale utility projects. Caroline began a career in outdoor leadership with Apogee Adventures before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a Marketing concentration from William & Mary.
