Isabel Tsai

Isabel Tsai currently serves as the Head of Caper Operations at Instacart, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this, Isabel held the role of Chief of Staff and Vice President at Caper from March 2020 to October 2021, where significant contributions included overseeing finance, budgeting, and the due diligence process during the company's sale to Instacart, as well as launching various initiatives such as a brand ambassador program and product data analytics. Isabel's earlier career includes a tenure as Vice President of Investment Banking at Cicerone Advisers, LLC from October 2007 to March 2020, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the TMT sector of Latin America, and a position as a Credit Analyst at IDT Telecom from September 2006 to October 2007. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, completed in 2006.
