Lisa Dunlop Zed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in catalog operations, product documentation, and retail transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Catalog Operations at Instacart since September 2020, Lisa leads initiatives to enhance customer, retailer, and advertiser experiences by improving catalog data and quality. Previous roles at Instacart also include Director of Product Documentation and Director of Catalog Operations & Technical Support. Prior to joining Instacart, Lisa held various senior positions at Deloitte Consulting, including Senior Manager of Retail Transformation, where Lisa worked with top retailers globally to enhance customer and employee engagement. Lisa's previous experience includes roles at Nike and Ulta Beauty, complemented by an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Yale University.
