Nathan Cao

Nathan Cao is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Instacart since July 2021, having previously held the role of Corporate Counsel. Prior to Instacart, Nathan worked at Dropbox as Corporate Counsel from April 2019 to June 2021 and as an Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 2015 to March 2019. Nathan's background includes a Fall Externship at the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, and experience as a Summer Associate at Wilson Sonsini. Earlier legal internships included roles at InterCall and Detecon Inc. USA, where Nathan conducted extensive legal research, contract reviews, and compliance assessments.
