Steve Chariyasatit

Steve Chariyasatit serves as Vice President, Legal and Deputy General Counsel at Instacart, overseeing global litigation, labor relations, and employment law since February 2018. With previous roles at Instacart including Senior Director and Deputy General Counsel focused on litigation, labor relations, and employment law, as well as leadership positions in directing and managing legal teams, Steve has extensive experience in corporate law. Prior to Instacart, Steve was a Senior Associate at Arent Fox, managing employment litigation and providing corporate counsel, and held roles in employment litigation at 21st Century Fox and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Steve holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
