Vinodh Madhavan Kala

Vinodh Madhavan Kala currently serves as the Director of Business Systems at Instacart, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Vinodh held various positions at Okta, including roles focused on business architecture and automation, where the exploration of Generative AI models and their application in business processes was a key focus. Vinodh also worked extensively on integrating Salesforce with multiple systems and improving customer success tools. Initially, experience includes significant roles at Adobe, where Vinodh contributed as an Enterprise Architect and Technical Architect, among other positions, and previous technical roles at Ceridian and Deluxe. Vinodh earned a Master's degree in Computer Applications from PSG College of Technology from 2001 to 2004.
