Pascal Herbold

Pascal Herbold has a diverse work experience. Pascal started their career at AutoPlus in 2009, where they worked as an HR Executive and Salesmanager. From there, they moved on to Checkpoint Marktforschung as an intern in 2014. In 2016, they joined tts - knowledge matters. where they worked in Organizational Development and HR Transformation for a few months. Later in 2016, they worked as a Consulting Partner in HR Management at OSCAR GmbH for a year. In 2017, Pascal began working as a Part-time Mediator and Consultant. In 2018, they joined Instaffo as an HR-Generalist and later became the Head of HR. Recently, in 2021, they started their own business, Brueckenraum, as a part-time entrepreneur.

Pascal Herbold holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Science, Psychology, and Management from Heidelberg University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, they attended Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, where they received certification as a mediator in Integrated Mediation and Business Mediation. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Sociology, Management, and Psychology at the University of Cologne from 2010 to 2014.
