Sebastian May has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sebastian currently holds the role of Manager Operations at instagrid, a mobile power infrastructure startup. Prior to this position, they served as the Director of Supply Chain Management Clamping at SCHUNK - Superior Clamping and Gripping. Sebastian also held the position of Manager Supply Chain & Production at ICon GmbH & Co. KG. Sebastian founded and served as the Managing Director of Alcandia Travel GmbH, focusing on creating innovative travel experiences. Sebastian's earlier career includes participating in the One Bank Leadership Program at Deutsche Bank and assuming various roles at Tesat-Spacecom GmbH & Co. KG, including Head of Assembly & Tuning Input/Output Multiplexer and Head of Passive Product Assembly. Overall, Sebastian's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management, supply chain management, and leadership roles within the technology and travel industries.

Sebastian May's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering in 2009. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.

In the same year, Sebastian also enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Moving forward to 2014, they participated in various Executive Education Programs focused on different aspects of business at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Fudan University, Tsinghua University, and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Sebastian has also obtained additional certifications, including completing the Lean Academy program at EADS in November 2010 and becoming a Certified Project Management Associate at the IPMA Level D through PM-ZERT in June 2009.
