Ulrike Lackner

Ulrike Lackner has worked for a variety of companies since 2005. Ulrike began their career at Anton Paar as an International Sales Assistant. In 2006, they moved to ANDRITZ as a Project Management Consultant. In 2009, they became an International Consultant/Expert for UNIDO. From 2010 to 2019, they worked for Steirische Wirtschaftsförderung SFG as a Project Manager Investors Services and Strategic Development. In 2019, they became the Head of Research and Business Operations at Mapillary (now Facebook/Meta). In 2020, they joined Know-Center GmbH as a Senior Business Developer. In 2021, they became Co-Chair Task Force 7 - Subgroup "Energy" for BDVA - Big Data Value Association. Finally, in 2022, they became the COO for Instahelp.

Ulrike Lackner has an extensive educational background. From 2007 to 2009, they completed a Master of Advanced International Studies (M.A.I.S.) with Honors from the Diplomatische Akademie Wien in International Relations and Political Science, as well as International Organizations and Diplomacy. From 2001 to 2005, they obtained a Mag.a (FH) with Honors from the University of Applied Sciences Joanneum in Graz, Austria, specializing in International Management, Organizational Behavior and Management, Austrian and EU Law, and Languages. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Digital Leadership Class from Graz University of Technology in October 2021, Sustainable Digital Innovation from Coursera in October 2021, Data Science Orientation from Coursera in January 2021, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) from Coursera in January 2021, Introduction to Cloud Computing from Coursera in January 2021, Key Technology Foundations Specialization from Coursera in January 2021, Introduction to Big Data from Coursera in November 2020, and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from JIPP.IT - Just Innovative People and Products.
