Doug Leopold

Doug Leopold, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Doug is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Installation Made Easy, Inc., a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Software Engineering Manager at the same company from September 2021 to February 2023.

Earlier in their career, Doug worked as a Project Manager at UGS/EDS from January 2001 to July 2004, where they led and managed software projects and development teams for a large-scale Manufacturing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) product. Doug also worked as a Project Manager/Senior Software Engineer at Structural Dynamics Research Corp - SDRC from May 1996 to January 2001.

Doug's engineering experience dates back to their tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Cummins Diesel Engine Co. from June 1993 to May 1996. In this role, they worked on embedded engine controller software features for heavy-duty diesel engines.

In addition to their engineering roles, Doug had a brief stint as a Crossfit Certified Personal Trainer at the Jewish Community Center of Binghamton from January 2010 to August 2010. Doug also held the role of Dad at Leopold Home from June 2008 to April 2011.
