Marcel Lanzer

Marcel Lanzer has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Marcel is currently the Head of Project Management at Installion GmbH since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Herchenbach Industrial Buildings GmbH from May 2021 to November 2022, where they served as the Head of Project Management and later also took over the responsibilities of Head of Site Management. In their role at Herchenbach, Marcel led a team of 14 people, implemented restructuring strategies, introduced a key account structure, and successfully onboarded new project managers. Marcel also improved the department's processes, quality, and budgeting through various initiatives. Before their tenure at Herchenbach, Marcel held positions at RATEC, including Head of Sales Backoffice/Product Management/Key-Account-Management from January 2020 to May 2021, Product Manager from January 2017 to May 2021, and Sales Manager from October 2011 to May 2021.

Marcel Lanzer completed their education at DHBW Mannheim from 2011 to 2014, receiving a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Johann-Philipp-Bronner-Schule from 2008 to 2011 and obtained their Abitur. In addition to their formal education, Marcel Lanzer also obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in October 2020.
