Nadine Sebald

Nadine Sebald has a diverse range of work experience. Nadine began their career in 2014 as an Executive Search Consultant at Beyondhealth. From there, they gained experience in various roles such as an Educational Assistant at InVia gGmbH, Bewerbungsmanagement at PubliCare GmbH, and Internships in Change Communications and People Development at Deutsche Post International and DHL. In 2017, they joined BRW Bildungsinstitut der Rheinischen Wirtschaft as a Team Leader for Potenzialanalyse. Nadine then worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH in 2019. Later that year, they became a Berufstrainer/Jobcoach & Teamkoordination Arbeitsvermittlung at BTZ Berufliche Bildung Köln GmbH. In 2021, they joined DHL Airways GmbH as an Expert Trainer, and then moved on to become the Head of HR at Installion GmbH, where they are currently serving as the Head of HR & Marketing.

Nadine Sebald's education history begins with their completion of a Systemischer Coach program at the Institut für angewandte Psychologie in 2020. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie (Business Psychology) at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, which they completed in 2017. During their time at the same institution from 2014 to 2017, they specialized in Wirtschaftspsychologie and Personalpsychologie (Personnel Psychology). Prior to their university studies, Nadine attended OSZ Handel 1, where they received their IHK gepr. Veranstaltungskauffrau (certified event manager) qualification from 2008 to 2010.
