Shashank Shekhar

Shashank Shekhar is the Founder and CEO of InstaMortgage, a fast-growing private company in Silicon Valley that offers a digital-first mortgage experience. Shashank has been in this role since April 2008. Shashank has also been a Member of the Editorial Board at Bankrate since May 2021 and an Official Member of the Forbes Finance Council since August 2021. Additionally, they are a Podcast Host for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Podcast at California MBA, starting from June 2022. Prior to their current roles, Shashank served on the Board of Directors for the GIVE Foundation from April 2013 to March 2020. Shashank also worked as a Mortgage Expert and Blogger at About.com from September 2014 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Shashank was the Director of Mortgage Origination Business at Parsec Interact Inc. from March 2004 to September 2007, and they were the Location Manager for Consumer Loans at GE Money from October 2000 to February 2004.

Shashank Shekhar completed their MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 1998 to 2000.
