Sara Kihyar

Sara Kihyar's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as an HR Specialist at Microsoft through HR factory GmbH. In this role, they supported the implementation of new policies and managed the activities of individual contributors. From 2016 to 2019, Sara served as an HR Manager and Teamlead at Microsoft, still through HR factory GmbH, where they were responsible for managing a section or department and implementing new or modified policies.

In 2019, they took a sabbatical to embark on a journey through East Africa. Following their sabbatical, Sara worked as an HR Manager at Jochen Schweizer mydays Group for a few months. Sara'smost recent role is the HR Manager at instamotion, which they started in April 2021.

Sara Kihyar attended the Industrie und Handelskammer München from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Personaldienstleistungskauffrau (IHK) with a focus in Personalleitung/Personalverwaltung, allgemein. In addition, in May 2011, they received a certification in Arbeitssicherheit from VBG Akademie Schloß Lautrach.
