Bill Hess

Bill Hess currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Instant Brands since 2020. With a robust background in operations and supply chain management, Bill held the position of EVP Operations & CIO at Spin Master Ltd. from June 2013 to February 2020. Prior to that, Bill worked at Newell Rubbermaid in various capacities, including Group Vice President for Supply Chain and Global Vice President of Product Development from August 2006 to June 2013, and held several roles starting from 1989. Bill's earlier experience includes leadership positions in operations and product development at Fiskars and Newell Rubbermaid. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and has furthered education at Harvard Business School.
