Sara Michals

Sara Michals, CPPL, is an experienced packaging professional with a diverse background in packaging development and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Packaging and Merchandising at Instant Brands since October 2014, Sara oversees packaging development for the Pyrex and Snapware brands in North America, managing design, testing, and project execution. Previous positions include Technical Manager of Packaging R&D at US Foods, where Sara led exclusive branded packaging projects, and Technical Services Lead at Merisant Company, focusing on packaging innovation for North and Latin America. Earlier roles involved project management at Monsanto and operations analysis at The NutraSweet Company, alongside various positions in production scheduling and product development. Sara holds a BS in Production Management from Ferris State University and a Certificate in Plastics Technology from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
