Nidhi Rai

Nidhi Rai has a strong background in HR and talent engagement. Nidhi started their career at Executive Search Firm in October 2011, where they primarily focused on understanding client requirements, sourcing potential candidates, and conducting initial screening interviews. In February 2014, they joined Instant Systems Inc as a Talent Engagement Specialist. In this role, they handled the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing and shortlisting profiles, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating further rounds of interviews. Nidhi also assisted in onboarding and induction processes, conducted background checks, and was involved in employer branding and reporting. In January 2017, they were promoted to the role of Manager-HR at Instant Systems Inc, where they continue to contribute their expertise in recruitment and HR operations.

Nidhi Rai completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their B.Tech(IT) degree in Information Technology from Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology & Research Center, from 2006 to 2010. Nidhi's education journey began with their Intermediate degree, which they attained from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Bulandshahr, from 1999 to 2006.
