Bayode Oke Thomas

Bayode Oke Thomas, known as "The Ideation General," is a seasoned healthcare and operations leader with extensive experience across various organizations. As the Founder and CEO of ResQ Health Africa since January 2024, Bayode addresses healthcare navigation challenges in Africa, offering comprehensive support and advocacy for patients. In current roles as Country Lead at InstantRad Inc and Head of Radiology at Marigold Hospital, Bayode focuses on stakeholder relationships, operational efficiency, and departmental leadership. Additionally, Bayode serves as Managing Partner at Mentors in Nigeria Initiative and Executive Director for Project IDEATE, emphasizing client relationships and organizational policies. Previous experience includes co-founding The Invasion Group and working as a Business Development Officer at Talamus Health Inc. with a strong foundation in medical radiography from roles at BT Health & Diagnostics Centre and Lagos State University Teaching Hospital. Bayode holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Radiography and a Bachelor's in Social Entrepreneurship, currently pursuing an MBA at Nexford University.
