Amy Brown

Amy Brown is the Owner and CEO of InstaPhysique, a boutique fitness studio established in May 2016, focusing on providing longevity-based fitness and recovery experiences tailored for busy lifestyles. Prior to this role, Amy served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at the California Fashion Association from 2010 to June 2015, where significant contributions included managing outreach programs, member retention strategies, and various networking events. From 2002 to 2010, Amy held the position of Operations and Marketing Manager at the Hollywood Group, overseeing sales, marketing, and operational initiatives. Earlier career experiences include serving as Associate Producer at Belief and as Production Coordinator at Foote, Cone & Belding. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and Political Science from San Diego State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
