Merina Loukrakpam

Merina Loukrakpam began their work experience in 2008 as a Lead Recruiter at Wenger & Watson Inc., where they played a crucial role in end-to-end recruitment and team management for top-notch product-based clients. Merina then joined SAP SuccessFactors in 2011 as a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for handling the recruitment cycle, maintaining candidate interest levels, and coordinating campus hiring. In 2014, Merina became an HR Administrator & Outsourcing professional at Think Software services FZ LLC. Merina joined InstaShop in 2018, starting as a Human Resources Generalist before progressing to roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Merina Loukrakpam obtained an MBA degree in Human Resource from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2006 to 2008. Merina also earned an Associate CIPD qualification from CIPD Qualifications from 2018 to 2019.
