Jim Fenton has extensive experience in customer support and bioinformatics, currently serving as an SRS Customer Support Specialist at Instem since March 2011. Prior to this role, Jim held positions such as Senior Bio/IT Consultant at BioWisdom SRS Inc. and Senior IT Consultant at LION bioscience, showcasing a strong background in IT consultancy. Earlier in Jim's career, significant contributions were made as a Sr. Research Programmer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, where responsibilities included system administration of a computational biology computer cluster and development of the Biology WorkBench integration suite.
