Amy Crawford

Amy Crawford is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the education and training sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Instep UK Ltd. since March 2023, Amy previously held the CEO position at Avado from March to December 2022, where the focus was on addressing major talent challenges for leading employers. Amy's notable tenure at Avado began in 2011, progressing from Chief Operating Officer to various leadership roles, including Managing Director positions for Avado Professional and Squared Online. Early career experiences include leading operations for IMG's events division and managing products at Lloyds TSB. Amy holds a 1st class MA (Hons) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
