About the Role
Insticator is looking for a digital media rainmaker to introduce our highly successful digital advertiser solutions to the US market. Over the past several years, we have grown multi-year partnerships with the largest independent media agencies in APAC, helping them advance their digital strategies while driving continuous, measurable results for end clients such as ACER and Suzuki. This role requires a proven track record of successfully selling omnichannel managed service digital advertising solutions- especially CTV and DOOH - to media agencies. We are looking for a results-driven “growth hacker,” with a deep understanding of the digital and CTV media landscape who closes deals by bringing strategic value-driving solutions to your agency clients.
Most of all, we are seeking candidates who have built a strong brand for themselves within the media industry. Do you have agency clients who tell you they are taking the meeting or closing the deal because of you? If yes, you may be our next Director of Advertiser Sales.

Professional Competencies
5+ years of proven track record of success in digital media advertiser sales
Must be an expert in the CTV and DOOH industry and trends
Robust network of media agency clients and connections
Proven track record in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with all levels of digital agency clients
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
