Jodi Brunetti

Jodi Brunetti has extensive experience in payroll and HR operations. Jodi currently works as the Senior Manager of Global Payroll Operations at Instil Bio. Prior to that, Jodi worked at AbbVie as a Senior Manager of Payroll & HR Operations, where they managed key projects and provided subject matter expertise in payroll and HR operations. Before AbbVie, they worked at Hudson Group as the Director of HRIS & Payroll, where they were responsible for the strategic direction of HR and payroll systems. Jodi also has experience at Honeywell, where they held roles as an IT Relationship Manager/Program Manager for Global HR Technology and a Domain Leader/Account Manager for HR Shared Services. Jodi began their career at ADP as the Director of Corporate HR Information Systems, where they directed the analysis of HR systems needs and supported the creation and deployment of HR and payroll shared services. Jodi also worked as a Payroll Manager at both Mercedes Benz USA and Eisner Consulting.

Jodi Brunetti has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Information Systems at Stevens Institute of Technology.
