Pauline le-Tran

Pauline Le-Tran is an accomplished professional in customer experience management with a strong background in the retail and art sectors. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and previously as Customer Experience Specialist at InStitchu since May 2021, Pauline has demonstrated expertise in enhancing customer interactions. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Associate at Prada Group from November 2019 to March 2021, and at VIKTORIA & WOODS from July 2016 to July 2019. Additionally, Pauline briefly held the position of Assistant Brand Manager at The Loft in February 2018 and worked as a Gallery Assistant at the National Art School in early 2015. Academic achievements include a Master of Design with Academic Excellence from UNSW (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Art History & Theory from UNSW (2013-2015).
