Vanessa Fines

Vanessa FINES currently serves as the Head of Administration at the Ambassade de France en Bulgarie and as the Deputy Secretary General at the Institut français. With prior experience as a Redactor at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Vanessa contributed to the Protection of the Rights of Individuals Unit. Previous roles include Junior Policy Analyst at OECD - OCDE, where Vanessa coordinated significant international forums and publications, and various internships in research, editing, and public relations. Vanessa holds a Master’s degree in Economy of Development and International Cooperation from Sciences Po Toulouse and a Master’s degree in International Studies with a specialty in Latin America from the IHEAL Institute.
