Saleeta Qadir

Saleeta Qadir is a Master of Science candidate in Artificial Intelligence at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg with a robust background in software development, data engineering, and research. Currently serving as a HiWi Research Student at the Institute FAPS, Saleeta is focused on developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation models to enhance factory automation and decision-making processes. Previous experience includes a working student role at Siemens, concentrating on network performance evaluation and cloud infrastructure automation, and a Research Assistant position at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, creating simulations for high-performance computing systems. Saleeta has also held positions as a Data Engineer at Afiniti, where analytical dashboards and real-time ETL pipelines were developed, and as an Application Developer at Autobar, focusing on e-commerce solutions. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology.
