Suuraj Perpeli

Suuraj Perpeli is currently serving as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskräfte at the Institute FAPS, focusing on the implementation of computer vision models for point cloud semantic segmentation since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Hyderabad from November 2021 to September 2022, where Suuraj studied temperature effects on dual-phase steels and automated clustering algorithms for data segmentation. Earlier roles at TATA Advanced Systems Limited included positions in Manufacturing Engineering, where statistical features were extracted and machine learning models were trained, and in Supplier Quality, where materials were inspected for compliance with turbine manufacturing specifications. Suuraj holds a Master of Science in Computational Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education.
