Jayna Gray

Jayna Gray, NCRT, CCAP, serves as the Director at the Institute for Community Alliances since August 2017, where responsibilities include implementing organizational change management strategies, grant writing, fiscal management, project management, and data analysis to support homeless networks in Alaska, Boise, and North Dakota. Previous roles include Senior Manager Project Management, Director of Program at Missouri Family Health Council, Inc., Information System Manager at Missouri Community Action Network, and Program Manager at Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, showcasing a strong emphasis on data integrity, program effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration. Jayna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College, completed in 2012.
