Mark Sparaccio

Mark Sparaccio, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mark is currently serving as the Associate VP of HR - Talent Acquisition at ICL since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNITY LIVING, INC from July 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they held multiple positions at ICL, including HR Manager from September 2015 to July 2022, Benefits Manager from July 2014 to September 2015, Benefits Coordinator from May 2012 to July 2014, Recruiter from November 2011 to May 2012, and HR Assistant from May 2010 to November 2011. Additionally, they have experience in the role of Business Development Associate at AC Lion from January 2010 to April 2010 and as a Junior Recruiter Intern from September 2009 to December 2009.

Mark Sparaccio, SHRM-CP, pursued their education in a sequential manner. Starting in 2005, they attended Baruch College and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2009, Mark furthered their education by enrolling at Florida State University from 2021 to 2024. During this time, they achieved a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Employment Law and HR Risk Management. Additionally, in December 2017, Mark obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
