Kimberley Bradley, Ph.D. OCT OUCT CTT MMI, is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with extensive experience in training and development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Certified Leadership Coach at the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School, Kimberley also holds the position of Principal at Vector Smiths Solutions, providing operational and management assistance for ERP implementations. With a long-standing association with Oracle, Kimberley has developed and delivered training for federal clients and has led numerous training initiatives for higher education institutions and government agencies. Additionally, Kimberley facilitates workshops on diversity and soft skills, showcasing a commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness and user acceptance through comprehensive training and change management strategies. Holding a BS and Ph.D. in Christian Adult Education, Kimberley combines educational expertise with practical experience in various roles.
