Lea Perekrests

Lea Perekrests is currently working as the Director of Partnerships at the Institute for Economics & Peace, overseeing the organization's global strategic partnership network and long-term growth strategy in peacebuilding. With a background in senior policy advising at Human Rights Without Frontiers International, Lea has extensive experience in research, lobbying at international institutions, and presenting on various platforms around the world. Lea also has experience as a Research Assistant and Copywriting Intern during their academic years. Having obtained a Master's degree in International Conflict & Security from the University of Kent, Lea is well-equipped to navigate complex systemic social issues and contribute to building a more peaceful world.
