Nate Lichte has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2008, they started their career at Marriott International, where they worked as a Server and later became a Restaurant Supervisor. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of a Bartender at the same company.
In 2012, Nate joined the Art Institute International Kansas City as an Assistant Director of Admissions, responsible for recruiting applicants in accordance with state and federal regulations. Nate later became the Associate Director of Admissions, leading a team of Assistant Directors and overseeing recruitment efforts.
In 2015, Nate joined Rasmussen College as a Program Manager, where they guided prospective students to enroll in the college's bachelor's degree programs. Later that year, they moved to Townsend Communications - MyMajors as a Regional Account Executive, managing client accounts and conducting data analysis to identify business opportunities.
From 2017 to 2019, Nate worked at Ad Astra in two roles. As a Marketing Strategist, they supervised the marketing department and devised strategies to improve brand equity. Nate also served as a Services Solutions Manager, innovating and delivering new products and services.
In 2019, Nate joined Useagility as a Marketing Director, leading marketing efforts for the First Tek family of brands. Nate provided strategic guidance and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies. In 2020, they also took on the role of Managing Director at Brainchild Unlimited, Inc, overseeing business operations and managing global teams.
Most recently, in 2022, Nate joined the Institute for Education Innovation as the Director of Marketing and PR. In this role, they are responsible for directing marketing and public relations efforts for the institute.
Nate Lichte has a diverse education history. Nate pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University-Phoenix Online Division from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Advertising from The Art Institutes International - Kansas City, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Nate also attended Johnson County Community College from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Hospitality Management. Nate began their higher education journey at Southwest Baptist University in 2006 and continued until 2008. At Northland Career Center, they studied Culinary Art from 2004 to 2006. Furthermore, Nate acquired an additional certification as an ASU+GSV Summit 2023 Attendee from ASU+GSV Summit in April 2023.
