Sarah Bridger

Sarah Bridger (Chartered FCIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at the Institute for Employment Studies since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions including People and Culture Manager at Kick It Out, where strategic planning was developed during a period of change, and Head of HR at Turning Tides, overseeing HR and L&D during organizational growth. Sarah also served as Recruitment Manager at Victim Support, managing recruitment strategies across Sussex, and as HR Consultant for Independent HR Advisory, providing advice to SME clients. Earlier career highlights include Regional HR Business Partner at Mazars UK, HR Officer at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Alumni Relations and Events Co-ordinator at the University of Sussex. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Sussex.
