Thomas Halvorsen

Thomas Halvorsen has a diverse work experience with notable positions in several companies. Thomas currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Institute for Energy Technology and holds the position of a Board Member at both Agilera Pharma AS and IFE Invest AS. With a background in finance and strategy, they have also held various roles at Yara International, including Director of IT Strategy, Finance & Architecture and CFO Treasury and Insurance. Previously, they held positions such as Downstream Segment Controller and Business Controller at the company. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member at Halvorsen Grave-Transportservice A/S and Yara Insurance DAC.

Thomas Halvorsen earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in the years 2000 to 2003. Thomas then pursued further education at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from 2003 to 2004. Later, they returned to QUT and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 2005.
