Luis Fernando De Angulo is an experienced professional in human rights and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the Executive Director of CREER Centro Regional de Empresas y Emprendimientos Responsables since March 2015, De Angulo has played a pivotal role in establishing the organization as the Latin America regional hub of the Institute for Human Rights and Business. De Angulo has also held positions as a member of Guias Colombia on Business and Human Rights and a board member of the Institute for Human Rights and Business since 2009. Prior to these roles, De Angulo founded and managed GESTION RESPONSABLE S.A.S., providing sustainability consulting services, and served as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Occidental Petroleum, where responsibilities included implementing human rights policies. Education includes a Visiting Scholar position at Harvard University focused on human rights and conflict resolution, along with degrees in civil engineering and extensive academic training.
