Michael Tolhurst

Michael Tolhurst is an experienced professional in academic relations, research, and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Managing Director at the Institute for Humane Studies since April 2020. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager and Senior Research Analyst at the Charles Koch Foundation, as well as Senior Policy and Research Analyst at the Charles Koch Institute. Academic experience includes positions as an Adjunct Faculty member at Elmhurst College and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at both Elmhurst College and Northern Illinois University.
