Henry Meng

Henry Meng serves as the Senior Vice President and Director General at 財團法人資訊工業策進會 since April 2011, leading the Software Technology Institute with a focus on Advanced Technology R&D, Big Data Analytics, and independent verification & validation. Previous roles include Acting Senior Director General, Senior Deputy Director General, and Deputy Director General overseeing initiatives in telematics, connected vehicles, AI, autonomous driving, and intelligent transportation systems. From 2011 to February 2015, Henry Meng was a Director and Research Fellow at the Advanced Research Institute, emphasizing smart healthcare and smart media. Prior positions include Senior Director at D-Link and Senior Manager at Acer, along with earlier experience in e-commerce R&D at the Institute for Information Industry. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science and an EMBA in Technology Innovation, supported by Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Applied Mathematics.
