Michelle Miller

Michelle Miller began their work experience in 2004 as a Government Analyst I at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Michelle then moved on to the Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR) in 2005, where they held various roles including Senior Manager and Chief of Staff. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at IIR. Their responsibilities have encompassed overseeing projects related to criminal intelligence information, conducting research on information-sharing issues, and providing support for law enforcement and homeland security initiatives.

Michelle Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Political Science from Florida State University. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate and a USF Design Thinking Certificate, powered by Stonehill, from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. The certificates were obtained in December 2021 and August 2022, respectively.
