Vandana Sharda has over 20 years of professional experience, primarily in operational management and business development. Currently serving as Manager of Operations and Manager - BD at Mentora since September 2012, Vandana has also held the role of Production Assistant for Online Programs at the same company. Previous experience includes Membership Services at Self Realization Fellowship from 2007 to 2012, HR at Bharti Mobile Ltd. in 2005-2006, Operations at Idea Cellular Ltd. from February to December 2004, and Guest Relations Officer at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts from January 2003 to February 2004. Vandana holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a degree from the Institute of Hotel Management.
