Emira Woods

Emira Woods is the Executive Director at Green Leadership Trust. Emira also serves as an International Working Group at Africans Rising for Justice, Peace, & Dignity, a Trustee at Wallace Global Fund, an Associate Fellow and Co-Director at Institute for Policy Studies, a Member of the Board of Directors at Action Aid International and the Association of Concerned Africa Scholars. Emira was previously a Senior Adviser at Shine, a Member of the Africa Council at American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, and the Director of Social Impact at ThoughtWorks. Emira was also the Board Chair at Africa Action. Emira attended Harvard University and Columbia University.
