Cary O'Connell

Cary O'Connell holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The George Washington University and a BA in International Studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. O'Connell has held various key positions in organizations such as Culmen International, SASI, and Argonne National Laboratory. Currently, O'Connell serves as a Senior Lecturer and Instructor at the Institute for Security Governance, focusing on building partnership capacity and conducting peacekeeping training and exercises with partner nations.
