Nikole Montero Cervantes

Nikole Montero Cervantes is a research assistant at the Global Poverty Research Lab, where data from over ten research papers on cash-transfer programs is gathered and normalized to create a query-friendly database. Additionally, Nikole serves as a member of the Minority Business Association at the Institute For Student Business Education and is involved in the Finance and Consulting committees at Women In Business at Northwestern University. Previous experience includes internships at BriteCo, Cedrus Fund, and Willow Grand LLC, focusing on marketing, industry research, and private equity. Nikole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Cognitive Science with a minor in Data Science from Northwestern University, and participation in the Economics and Management program at Università Bocconi, following an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC Atlantic College.
