Muriel Naguit

Muriel is a Seismology and Strong Motion Specialist in the Data Science & Geohazards Monitoring Department. With strong interest and inclination in earthquake engineering, she handles the strong motion data and derived products under the GeoNet project and engages with stakeholders on technical requirements and support on data tools. In this role, she actively works on the data-metadata management for the GeoNet seismic network, the GeoNet building instrumentation programme and the research investigation of the performance of strong motion seismic stations. She also participates in earthquake monitoring and analysis, procurement plans and provision of training and support to end users.
